On-Campus Graduate Survey: Service UsefulnessWe asked you to rate the usefulness of various library services: librarian orientations, student and librarian reference assistance, instant messaging, subject guides, etc. The library page in PilotsUP has the largest number of "Very Useful" respondents but if you include "Somewhat Useful" users then reference librarian assistance takes first place. More than one-third (36.0%) of you haven't used our Instant Messaging service. You might know it as Library Chat. And about a third (33.8%) don't use the Library Toolbar.
