On-Campus Graduate Survey: Help Preferences

The library offers multiple communication modes to get help from the library, from IM (Library Chat) to email to telephone. Your preferred way to receive help, by far, is in person. When you're working from home you might try our Instant Messaging (Library Chat) service. You can also email library@up.edu and have a response within 24 hours, often faster.
